PROCESSING TIME

Items in stock will despatch within 2-3 business days. The production time of “Bespoke” pieces requires 2-10 weeks.

If you wish to get your order earlier, please email [email protected] and we will let you know if your application can be made. Please be aware the shipping method does not advance item’s manufacture time.

SHIPPING

All items dispatches are made via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Next Day Service) and FedEx Priority Service within the UK. Delivery oversea may differ. All jewellery involves signature upon delivery (please note customer is responsible for any costs related with a package returned to Amellas).

Standard delivery time within the UK:

• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed: Next Day Service (except weekends and PUBLIC holidays)

• FedEx Priority Service: Delivery by noon or end of day (except weekends and PUBLIC holidays)

*International orders require VAT. Please note, customer is responsible for VAT that will be collected by DHL or FedEx before your package can be transported. Amellas is not accountable for returned packages due to outstanding VAT fees.

 

All international parcels are sent via DHL or Fedex. The total cost would depend on the total value of the item. Please be advise that you may be liable for import tax and duties upon item arrival at your desired country. Please email at [email protected] for more details.
