Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging including all documentation
- Personalised, bespoke, engraved, modified, damaged or used items cannot be returned.
Amellas is not responsible for any shipping cost and/or delivery delays. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for the missing or broken items. All returns will be considered upon receipt of the parcel between 5 business days.
We recommend you to use any traceable delivery services of your choice, making sure items are insured. For security purposes, please do not write jewellery, diamonds or any associated words describing high value items on your return package.
